Which type of files are accepted

I liked that under the old Green add button, information was given as to what file types were accepted and that 15 mg was the max that could be uploaded. That information is not shown anymore.

We recently had another user point this out, as well. Yes, we will ask the team to reconsider adding this important information.

I did hear back from the Engineers. Though not an ideal change, this is intentional. FamilySearch is working hard to support more file types, and it can be hard to keep the file types updated.

Hopefully, new (and experienced) users will still be able to upload their files without difficulty. We do, however, log all our user's ideas, and if this process impedes too many, the Engineers do take note.
