Children born before parents marriage date.
This is another common event in Sweden. It should not downgrade the quality of the source or the research.

But could be a reason to double check the dates. Is this flag dismissible once one has confirmed the information? If not, it should be.

Yes, it's dismissible. It was my first experience with the scoring thing: figuring out how to tell it that yes, my great-grandmother was eight months along in her fourth pregnancy when she and my great-grandfather finally got married. (No, I've never figured out why then; the family stories never mentioned it, and I haven't found any corresponding event that would explain it, such as the death of someone who might've objected.)
I agree that the mismatch can be a flag to check for date typos, but wouldn't that be better as a Research Hint?

But aren't these flags just another type of Research Hint? They are listed under Research Help.

The presentation of Research Hints is a lot less …irksome, for me. I don't feel attacked by them, even when they're ridiculous. As I've noted a couple of times, the grade/rating/score concept comes across as a judgement of me and other FS users. (I resist the reaction, as it is irrational, but that doesn't make it go away.)
