Residence before event date
When you only allow one date on a source you will run into this problem. In Sweden the household and congregation records cover a period of time. Children are added during that time period as they are born. So yes, they can be recorded on a source that predates their birth event.
This will result in low quality sources for MANY Swedish records.

@LathenRA This is helpful feedback. Could you please share one or two person ids that exhibit this problem.

I have a branch from Sweden so have worked a lot with the husförhörslängd. But rather than dig through my lines, I just went into Search and quickly found an example that is easy to evaluate since it only has one source which is the household census: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/G9JK-LJ8
Per was born in 1880 and the register covers 1877 to 1882. (Ignore the dates in the title of the source. Those are for the full collection.)
Of note, there is no consistency flag showing. Since there is just the one source, I doubt anyone has been here since the data checking started and dismissed any flags. If that is the case that nothing was dismissed, then the fact that a source date is before a birth date, at least in this situation, is not triggering anything.
I can picture, though, that if this source had been attached through the source linker and the source linker created a Residence event with date of 1877, then that would trigger a flag. And it should because the date is wrong. Per did not live there in 1877 so the Residence Event date should be corrected with the date being changed to 1880.
I would view this as the quality checker doing a good job at helping us remove incorrect data from a profile.
But I would be happy to be proven wrong by an example where there is no residence event, just the source, and there is a quality flag. It is possible someone dismissed the conflict from my example.

Per Nore Frithiof shows no Dismissed Helps, so there probably hasn't been a quality flag.
("Probably" because we still can't trust the Dismissed Helps section: all of the rejected hints that I detailed in my post last spring are still missing.)
