Translate part of a marriage record
https://www.familysearch.org/ark%3A/61903/3%3A1%3A3Q9M-C39D-XYPC?view=index&action=view&cc=3015626
This marriage record is for Hans Boye of Kannemohr & Stincke Stamers, daughter of Hinrich of Hohenwestedt, but I cannot read the 2 lines below the marriage. She was his 3rd wife. I would appreciate someone's help who can read German. Thank you very much!

Corrected link:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C39D-XYPC?view=index&action=view&cc=3015626I read the text below as:
Conc. zu 3tio vota d.d. Meld. d. 13 May a.c.
Sponsa hat n. attest von H.P. Pluhme aus Hohenwestedt gebrachtwhich is a mixture of Latin, German and abbreviations. I assume the following meaning:
License for the 3rd engagement, Meldorf May 13th of this year
The bride has presented a certificate from H.P. Pluhme in HohenwestedtI am not sure what kind of certificate this is.

My comment:
It seems that the source designation in FamilySearch "Neuenkirchen (Oldenburg), Vechta" is in error. All place names on this page are in Schleswig-Holstein. The correct Neuenkirchen is probably this one: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/20268090

I agree with you that the place designation is not Neuenkirchen (Oldenburg)!
Thank you for the translation! I just need records from Hohenwested, so need to subscribe to Archion.de again!
