Why keep changing?
I've been a ward family history consultant for 50 years. In my experience, the more frequent users with temple needs are empty nesters. Who may not live and die on their phones and computers. Family Search is not user friendly. All the clicking is tough on people who think "advanced" means writing an email. Please stop changing everything all the time! Even old timers and daily users like me can get lost. And trying to teach ward members! Good luck! My associates and I just do it for some people who just don't have the capacity (or the computer)
