Need help in unraveling father's and translation needed
I found a birth record of a daughter that says her father's name is Georg Kallenbach. Then the death record listed her father as Hans Georg Kallenbach. I know it is the same child as the death record lists how old she is. I then came across these records in Witzelroda. So now I am confused. Do German records always list the father's name the same? I assume these are two different families. The bottom one you already translated. Could you please help with the top one. I want to make sure I am putting the children with the right family. The problem has been that they do not list the mother's name which would clarify the situation.
Any help will be greatly appreciated Sincerely, Paula Rail

Records don't always list the father's name the same way from one entry to the next. The first record on the image you posted is difficult to read in places, so here's the best I can do with it -
Translation -
on 15 Febr. at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, a young son was born [to?] Hanß Jerg Kallenbach von Möhra and [can't read] Christina, daughter of Conrad Fallenstein from Neuendorff, and was baptized the next day. The [can't read] godparent was Andras [Spentz?] neighbor from Neuendorff. The child was named Johann Andras.
Note - the Hanß Jerg Kallenbach in the first record is from Möhra, whereas the Georg Kallenbach in the second record is from Neuendorff, so even though no wife is listed in the second record, they are not the same person. Because of the words I couldn't read, I'm not sure, but my guess is that Hanß Jerg and Christina are not married, otherwise it would say she's his wife, and not the daughter of Conrad.

The top record is not easy to read, but I think it says that Johann Andreas is the son of the surviving widow of Hans Jerg Kallenbach. This would mean that Hans Jerg had died before the birth of Johann Andreas.
The original text is:
den 15 Febr: gegen 4 Uhr nachmittags wurde Hanß Jerg Kallenbach von Möhra seine hinterlassene Wittibe Christina Coned? ___ ___ ___ [can't make sense of three words; it's not Tochter] zu Neuendorff ein junger Sohn geboren,
