Is there a glitch with the Portal?
For a couple of weeks our Family Search Center has experienced some level of failure signing in to Fold 3 or even accessing Ancestry through the Portal. Fold 3 is missing. And access to Ancestry only works with individual sign-on in a new tab. This has created a few awkward situations with nonmember visitors, so I thought I should check to see if this has been a common occurrence lately for others. Has something changed that I missed? Or if not, then I'll schedule a tech support appointment. I have numerous nonmember visitors coming later this week, and I thought I would get on top of this early! Thank you for any comments!

So where on the planet are you physically? With climactic events, solar flares and civil unrest, there might be factors outside the control of FamilySearch that may be affecting your computers. Just sayin'…
We are open on Sunday afternoons and we did not have issues with either ancestry or Fold3 this late afternoon at my location.
BTW, I only log into ancestry using my account, because I have not learned properly how to access it using the Premium link to ancestry. I do that while helping patrons.

Thank you Robert, I will get that scheduled immediately. I just needed to know if others are having issues. We are in the southeastern US and it never dawned on me that the problem was solar flares even though I know it did affect us.

I figured you might possibly be in one of the recent disaster areas. When electrical power goes down and telephone lines are cut, even optical fiber can get glitched with rolling power waves as areas are brought back online.
When I wake up and have electrical power and network and even computers are running, I'm good. But these are the last days and upheavals are just waiting to happen. I keep praying the systems stay up so we can expedite the genealogical research. We probably give guardian angels a run for their money.
