One minor correction - I believe the surname is Offenbeck, not Ostenbeck.

Does anyone think that the abbreviated name "Theod." is likely Theodora?

Yes, "Theod." likely stands for: Theodora. Another far less common possibility is: Theodosia.

It's quite possible. If you look at the first entry for 1754, you'll see that the wife's name is listed as "Theod. Offenbeck."
