Hello @a023615,
Some comments:
(1) The bride's name here is Anna Helena Josephina Rehner, rather than Clara.
(2) This civil marriage record is two-pages long. The second page includes the witnesses, the marriage ceremony, and the signatures of the principals. If you feel that additional information is important, you should post the second page for translation.
Translation of page 1:
Number 3.
Darsberg, on the 25th of June 1900.Before the undersigned civil registrar appeared today for the purpose of marriage:
(1) the innkeeper Richard Schnorr, personally known, Catholic religion, born 3 September 1833 in Mudau, residing in Darsberg, son of the deceased joiner "Banaventuara" Schnorr, and his deceased wife Eva Rosine Schnorr, née Ott, the former last residing in Mudau, the latter last residing in Lauterbach.

[end of page 1]
The note in the upper right margin, dated 10 June 1901, is correcting the spelling of the forename of the father of the groom to: Bonaventura.
P.S. I just found this marriage record on Ancestry and I will translate page 2 of this marriage record in the post following.

Translation of page 2:
Witnesses were called and appeared:
(3) the teacher Johann Georg Fehr, personally known, 43 years old, residing in Darsberg.
(4) the shoemaker Georg Adam Büchler, personally known, 50 years old, residing in Darsberg.
The registrar asked the betrothed individually and one after the other the question: whether they want to marry each other. The betrothed answered this question in the affirmative and the registrar hereupon responded that by virtue of the Civil Code they are now legally married spouses.
This certifies two printed words [on page 1] have been struck-through.
Read aloud, approved, and signed:
Richard Schnorr
Anna Helena Josephine Schnorr, née Rehner.
Johann Georg Fehr.
Georg Adam Büchler.
The Civil Registrar: Hauck.
Certified to be in agreement with the Main Register
