Assenheim, Hessen - baptism in 1840 - Dietz family - transcription/translation

The baptism record is for Johann Konrad Andreas, the 2nd child of Andreas Dietz & Margaretha who was born illegitimate to Margaretha Kopp. My transcription is mostly complete (fortunately some parts are worded exactly the same as the baptism record of an older sibling). I need help with missing words and any corrections. The translation would be appreciated. The image of the record is attached to the person page in "sources":

I'm especially interested in Margaretha's mother Margaretha Kopp. If I read the record correctly, it says she is the widow of the deceased citizen and linen weaver Kaspar Jochim in Assenheim. This seems to be the same person as a Kaspar Jochim mentioned as the father of the witness in the baptism record for Johanne Elisabeth Dietz (older sister of Johann Konrad Andreas) posted previously. I'm searching for a marriage record and other records to confirm if this is the same Kasper Jochim.

In the year of Christ eighteen hundred and forty, on the twentieth of May at five o'clock in the afternoon, according to a credible report, Margaretha, the unmarried daughter of Margaretha Kopp, widow of the local citizen and linen weaver Kaspar Jochim, gave birth to her second illegitimate child, a boy, the first boy, who was baptized on June 14 and named Johann Konrad Andreas. The baptism witness was: Johann Konrad, the unmarried illegitimate son of Maria Magdelena Kopp, the late Jakob Kopp's unmarried daughter, who signed this protocol together with the obligatory midwife Dorothea, the wife of the local citizen and linen weaver Bernhard Frohbefen? born

Thank you, @KAClark2, your translation of the record is helpful and much appreciated! I just want to clarify the day of birth, which is the "twentieth" in the translation. I read the day as "den neun und zwanzigsten" (the 29th). Please confirm which is the correct one.

Thank you, Ulrich, for translating the note I couldn't read.

With a birth date of 29. 05.1840 and a death date of 12.01(?).1856, Johann Konrad Andreas would have been 15 years old when he died at a place (the name partially readable in the note) outside of Assenheim. My guess is that because of his age, he may have been an apprentice. It's interesting that after his death, almost four years went by until the pastor in Assenheim got the notice and then added the note to the church book entry. I checked Meyers Gaz using a wildcard for a death place of "Sch_berg" and got many results. I guessed that the place could be "Schauberg" which is in Bavaria, but it's far from Assenheim. Of course, searching for a death record without knowing the name of the place, is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. However, having at least his death date is a good thing. Thanks again.
