fränkischen Republique, um Neun Uhr des Morgens ist vor mir

Jacob Orth Agent der Gemeine Rheintürkheim, erwählt den Eilften

Germinal Sechsten Jahres, um die Akte zur Beurkundung der

Geburten, Heurathen und Sterbefälle aufzusetzen,

erschienen in dem öffentlichen Saale des Gemeinde-Hauses

Jean Alexis Bernhard und Sebastian Thomas der Wahrheit

gemäß bescheinigt haben, und nachdem mir genanntes Kind

vorgezeigt worden, habe ich, kraft der mire übertragenen Gewalt

den gegenwärtigen Akt aufgesetzt, welchen Anton Brach

Vater des Kindes und die beiden Zeugen Jean Alexis Bernhard

und Sebastian Thomas mit mir unterschrieben haben. So geschehen

belonging to the local [Agentschachs?], born in Detterschen, Canton of Boulai, Department of the Moselle, accompanied by Jean Alexis Bernard, Lieutenant d'Ordre of the Donans National, born in St. Quirin, Canton city, Department of the Meurthe, aged thirty-four years, and Sebastian Thomas, [Reieveur?] of the Donans National, born in Chausez, Canton city of the Department of the Moselle, aged fifty-seven years, and Anton Brach declared to me that Magdalena [Judas?], born in Düsseldorf across the Rhine, his lawful wife, on the eighth of the present month Frimaire, between six and seven o'clock in the morning, in the National House or so-called customs house on the Rheintürkheim Farth, gave birth to a male child, which he presented to me, and to which he has given the first name Jean Carl. According to this declaration, which the citizens Jean Alexis Bernard and Sebastian Thomas have certified as true, and after the named child was shown to me, I, by virtue of the power vested in me, have drawn up this act, which Anton Brach, the father of the child, and the two witnesses, Jean Alexis Bernard and Sebastian Thomas, have signed with me. Note - the dates are in the format of the French Republican Calendar, so the 8th of Frimaire, in the year 8 of the French Republic, translates to 29 November 1799. Just to add to @sylviaelchinger1 's excellent transcription:

I think the word Sylvia transcribed as "Donans" is actually Douans = customs. So the father and the witnesses were all officers of the National Customs (Note that Rheindürkheim is situated on the river Rhein which at that time formed the border between the French Republic and the Margraviate of Baden).
