Entry #2168: note "a": Does the date 1675 refer to the daughter's marriage or the father's death? And which of them died at 79 years old?

This appears to be a published book. Have you looked for a section in this book for abbreviations which might help to answer some of your questions? The word "Abbreviations" translates as "Abkürzungen".
The following answer some of your questions:
(1) Krümmel: Halbspänner: see the following link: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halbsp%C3%A4nner
(2) ebd = ebenda = there (in the same place).
(3) Krüger = innkeeper (according to Thode, German-English Genealogical Dictionary).
(4) Kossat = cottager.
(5) The daughter died in 1675 at the age of 79 years.
(6) Kellerkrüger: Keller = cellar. Krüger = innkeeper. Possibly an innkeeper who serves wine/beer/spirits.

P.S. Regarding the phrase "Krüger in Hundisburg, im weißen Krug":
This translates as: innkeeper in Hundisburg, in the white jug/pitcher and might be interpreted as:
innkeeper in Hundisburg, at the sign of the white jug or white pitcher.

Familienbuch Alvensleben, Bebertal I (Landkreis Börde) : 1635-1814.However, I don't have it. A librarian was kind enough to make copies of the relevant pages for me. I will ask if there is a page of abbreviations. Regarding "Halbspänner" the definition I found on-line said "half-horse." After reading your reference, it seems like it should be interpreted as someone who has half a team of horses. If a team is 4, he has two horses. Would you agree?

Thodes gives the definition of Halbspänner as "a farmer with two horses to perform labor for a landowner".
