Translation Request - Baptism Record for Michael Moreth and Carolus Moreth
Hello,
I would like help translating two entries on the following record. Note that this record is only available from within a Family Search library.
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:D6X1-KD6Z
The two records that I would like translation help are as follows:
On the left side of the image, 3rd record from the bottom, Michael Moreth
On the right side of the image, 2nd record from the bottom, Carolus Moreth
Thank you for your help!

If you're using a Windows 11 PC, type 'Snipping Tool' in the search bar at the bottom. Use the app to take a snapshot of the page and insert it in the post where it's accessible to viewers. (Sorry, I don't have a Windows PC so I can't do it.)
Records are in Latin. May I suggest that you go to a Latin help site, not a German help site for a more precise interpretation. Here's my best attempt -
1.) Left side, 3rd record from bottom, Michel Moreth
Michel Moreth, legitimate son of Anton Moret and Angelae Paul(us), who are married and work in agriculture (he's a farmer). The fourth line possibly states that the family lives in Winteringen(sp?). According to the column on the left hand, Michel was born in January. Can't make out the Latin date. Looks like vigetina? fermuda? (somewhere between January 20 through January 29, 1822.)
2.) Right side, 2nd record from the bottom, Carol(us) Moreth
Carl(us) Moreth, legitimate son of Anton Moreth and Angelae Paul(us). (This appears to be the same couple as Item 1.) The birth date is more clear; vigetima septima or February 27, 1823.

Thanks to both of you for your help! It makes sense that Catholic records would’ve been written in Latin at that time — I’ll check with a Latin groupif I run across this again.

Attn: @NancyMorethBarry:
If you find such a Latin group who can translate Latin records, please let us know here. However, feel free to post your German records written in Latin in this community as there are a number of volunteers who can translate such records.
