1829 announced 8 Nov / married 16 Nov b(ey) St.Peter in Zürich
H(an)s Rudolf Salzmann, Schneider (Par. Heinrich Salzmann, Alt-Wächter, u(nd) Anna Frick) / Elisabetha Jenta von Wetzikon (Par. Rudolf Jenta sel(ig) u(nd) Elisabetha Frey sel(ig) von Ettenhausen der Pf(ar)r Wetzikon)
H(an)s Rudolf Salzmann born/baptised 18. Oct.1795 / Elisabetha Jenta born/baptised 27. Jan. 1811
This is an announcement, so no sponsors mentioned. This marriage is actually recorded in St.Peter (unlike the other one 1829).
Alt-Wächter = retired guardian (e.g. fire) of some kind.
sel(ig) = late.

I had another look at the entry in St.Peter - see Geneal-Foum. I am not sure any longer the ceremony actually took place on 16.11.: looks like someone just recorded on this Monday the ceremonies which had taken place the previous week - and Rudolf and Elisbetha actually got married on 13.11.! If you haven't done so already, I recommend you subscribe to the topic - to get informed about any responses.
BTW - a few contributions up I have added Heinrich's (1729-1800) first marriage.

Perfect! Thanks for the definitions at the bottom of the translation! Lots of detail, like retired guardian and late, meaning passed away.

Wolf, I don't know how to subscribe on the Forum so I just put in a comment. I think that keeps me in the loop. KG

There is a FAQ page - some answers in English - How do I "subscribe" to a topic? unfortunatly in German only.

That is helpful. I translated the page and am subscribed!

Be careful - the indication is a bit confusing (my feeling).
Having posted to the topic you were subscribed automatically - make sure you didn't unsubscribe by accident.

I saw that in the link you set. I checked and because I already posted there was a check mark for subscribed. I knew not to change that! Thanks for checking!!!
The Forum has the wrong death date for Hans Rudolf Salzmann (1795-1874) oo Jenta. He died in 1871 which is why I put it in to be translated.

Thank you for pointing out the typo in the title - date in the text was correct.

It is very difficulty to find anything to correct in your work. This is probably the only time I can find anything amiss.
