Im Jahre Christi achtzehhundert vier und vierzig den ein und dreißigsten December Morgens fünf Uhr wurde, nach geschehener glaubhafter Anzeige, dem Heinrich Müller, Ortsbürger und Leinweber zu Oberohmen, von seiner Ehefrau Anna Elisa, geborne Frank, das zweite Kind, die zweite Tochter geboren, welche den neunzehnten Januar achtzehnhundert fünf und vierzig getauft und Margaretha genannt wurde.
Gevatterin war: Margaretha, des Konrad Stamm, Ortsbürgers und Leinwebers zu Höckersdorf, Kreis Grünberg, Ehefrau, des Vaters Schwester, welche gegenwärtiges Protokoll nebst dem Vater und mir, dem Pfarrer, der die Taufe verrichtet, unterschrieben hat resp. des Schreibens unerfahren, unterzeichnet hat.
