Research and how to find district in Bjällerup, Malmöhus, Sweden for probate records in the catalog
I'm trying to help one of our service missionaries straighten out one of his direct line ancestors in familysearch who has multiple wives with children born at the same time! There is more than one Nils Jönsson in Bjällerup Parish having children. The PID # for Nils Jönsson is LH1S-ZTS. I've looked online and on the Wiki trying to figure out what district the probates would be in for Bjällerup, Malmöhus, Sweden but have been unable to find anything! I'm pretty good using the catalog usually!
He died 26 March 1771 on the farm of Stora Bjällerup in Bjällerup Parish. I don't have much experience reading Swedish probate records, but see there are samples online. Is there an index for this area? What do I need to type into the search field in the catalog?
The descendant that is his direct is Margreta NilsdotterFemale1753–1827
•LH22-83H. Her mother is Anna Andersdotter, who we haven't found. Margreta is currently attached to an Anna Andersdotter with no sources that was born in 1749 (the same year she was married!) and to an Anna Christina Andersdotter who's birth record in 1706 is for a Marna, not an Anna Christina! The birth/christening record for Margreta Nilsdotter indicates her mother is Anna Andersdotter (not Anna Christina).
I'd really like to help him straighten this out before he returns to the mission field!
Thank you for your help!

This is what I do to find probate records in FamilySearch Catalog:
Go to the Family Search Wiki and enter the parish name (Bjällerup) in the "Search by place or topic" field.
The resulting "Parish page" has a box on the right-hand side with the heading "Jurisdictions". Locate the name of the "Härad" - in this case, it is "Torna".
On the Catalog page, enter "Torna" in the Place field and click on the "Sweden, Malmöhus, Torna", then click "Search" at the bottom of the page.
Locate the entry "Sweden, Malmöhus, Torna - Probate records (1)" and click on it then on the "Bouppteckningar, 1678-1860" link.
From there, you should be able to locate the probate you want to view.
