In the 1900 IL Census, he is listed under August Hagner - he came to the USA in 1878, and he was NA.
In the 1910 IL Census, he is listed under Gustav Hagner - he came to the USA in 1879, and he was NA.
In the 1920 IL Census, he is listed under Gustav Hagner - he came to the USA in 1880 and he was NA in 1885.
I have yet to find him in the 1892 Voter Reg.
I checked Chicago Superior Nat Court, and there is no Gustav Hagner.
Why does the Voter Reg not mention what court like the others?
I would love to have his naturalization paper. Any suggestion and help is GREATLY appreciated.

Sometimes, when no court is mentioned in the voter registration, it is because the person has derivative citizenship, possibly from the naturalization of a parent. If he were truly naturalized by 1885, he would not yet have been of full age for naturalization (21) at that time.
