Birthdate or Christening Date?

I'm looking at this person and here is her ID number: K831-K8H

I see this record indexed as 5 May 1820 for the birthdate, but also the event date is 22 May 1820. I don't read German, so I'm trying to figure this out. The reason is I am trying to figure out if there may be a duplicate with LTBV-WR3.

Looking at the actual record, the child named Johanna Sophia Christine Schmidt was born on 5 May 1820 and baptized on 22 May 1820.
