Research Helps - Dismissed Helps doesn't show dismissed record hints
I wanted to check what the rejected record hints were on an ancestress (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/L88V-Y62), but the only clickable things on those lines of the Change Log are the contributor's name and "Reference".
The latter is one way to get to the Research Helps page for the profile (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/research-help/L88V-Y62) -- which shows only one dismissed help: a "Not a Match" for a possible duplicate.
Where are the dismissed record hints? How can I find out what they were?
(In case anyone's the least bit curious, the dismissal reason for the possible duplicate is that she gave birth to her daughter Elizabeth in December of 1816 in Mezőörs [Győr county], so it was definitely not her giving birth [across half the country] in Borsod [county] in March of 1817.)

@Áine Ní Donnghaile, yes, that's where they're supposed to be. For Veres Erzsébet, they're not there. It says "No Record Hints", despite there clearly being five of them per the Change Log.

Did you possibly dismiss from a different access point? From a parent, spouse, or child, for example?
FYI your images had not made it through the mod bot when I commented.

Record hints are one-to-one; you have to dismiss them individually from each person that the hinting system suggests.
Her husband shows one dismissed record hint (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/research-help/L88V-Y6K), but there are more in his change log (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/L88V-Y6K).
The "Dismissed Helps" list doesn't show a date or contributor for anything, making it difficult to figure out what the heck happened, and why it's incomplete like this.

Here is a theory I'll leave for you to test out because I don't have a place to test it out.
When you dismiss a hint, that appears in the Change Log. If you restore a hint, that also appears in the Change Log:
But what happens if you rejected a hint, the profile has additional information added to it, go to the dismissed hints list, click "May be a Match," and the hint no longer qualifies as a hint for the person? Does it show in Change Log as restored before it is removed altogether? Or does it show in the Change Log only if it shows back up in the Research Helps section?
When I have worked on a profile and find that someone else dismissed a bunch of hints, after I am done with my editing I'll go through and un-dismiss all the hints to see if any return to record. I have a feeling of great accomplishment if none of the hints pop back up on the profile. I've never paid any attention to what that looks like in the Change Log, however.
I notice that after two of the hints were rejected, Molnár's Change Log that you refer to shows a source added, a marriage added, a birth added, a father added, and a mother added. Maybe that was enough that if someone then tried to restore the hints, they were no longer valid hints and just vanished.

The thing is, since they're missing from Dismissed Helps and cannot be restored (or looked at, or anything) from the Change Log, I can't un-dismiss the hints.
On Erzsébet's profile, three of the missing rejected hints are nearly the most recent activity: I've added a single source tag since then.
The problem appears to be affecting everyone in this branch. The most recent activity on their daughter Erzsébet is me rejecting a record hint (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/L8XV-YS1).
However, there's no sign of it under her Research Helps (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/research-help/L8XV-YS1).
Dismissed possible duplicates and research suggestions are there, both in the change log and under Dismissed Helps, but almost all of the record hints are missing from the latter.
Molnár Ersébet's husband Szakál István has eight rejected record hints in his change log, but zero under Dismissed Helps (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/research-help/L8XV-YSB). Their daughter Julianna has nine versus zero (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/research-help/L8XV-TNB). In fact, in poking around in this family, that one record hint on Steve Miller (Molnár István) is the only one that's showing up under Dismissed Helps.
Poking around elsewhere in my family, I see that I basically can't trust Dismissed Helps. Rosina Graf has one of two rejected hints listed (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/research-help/LT17-4HX). Her husband Johann Kirnbauer is oh-for-one (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/research-help/LT17-Q52). From the opposite side of my fan chart, Andreas Mayer is oh-for-three (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/research-help/LX9D-3LZ). His wife Bohus Éva is oh-for-one (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/research-help/LX9D-3LD). In fact, I have yet to find an ancestor with a complete list of Dismissed Helps. The rejected record hints are almost all missing.

So there is a glitch going on. That hint you rejected certainly should be showing on the dismissed list. Strange that when I tested dismissing then restoring a hint it worked just fine. The hint did show on the dismissed list.

I went around the 6th generation (3ggp) of my fan chart and found the following who had rejected record hints listed in their change logs. Only one (already mentioned in my previous comment) appeared under Dismissed Helps - Record Hints. (I've bolded that one below.)

I thought I had a pattern of "RH only has the ones since last November" -- until I got to Litavszky Zsuzsanna. I'd be curious to know what someone else sees on her profile (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/LB2Z-W7H), because I can find no rhyme or reason in the way RH is randomly showing four out of seven rejections from a year ago, but not the ones from half a year ago.

This glitch is still ongoing.
Per his change log, I rejected two record hints for Szent-Györgyi Imre (the second) five years ago, but there's no sign of them under Dismissed Helps, so I can't look up what they were.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or is it just me? I haven't seen any other reports of it in the Community. Do people just not look at change logs? Or does everyone just blindly attach every suggested index entry, so they never have any rejected hints?

TBH, I think many casual users don't even know the change log exists. Certainly, when I have contacted users who have repeated changes that I have undone, they reported they hadn't noticed there was a change log or a note.
I'll have to make a note the next time I reject a hint and see what happens. I don't think I have rejected many recently because I've been working on a family that didn't leave much of a trace.

I have done a huge statistical survey (i.e. one profile) and the first one I looked at had this issue.
According to her Change Log, Great-gran LDY2-CVQ had a "Record Hint Rejected" by me on August 25th, 2020. The record hint referred to the collection Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh City Deaths, 1870-1905 which I appear to have rejected with the comment "Pittsburgh???? Why on earth???" (great-gran being firmly located in Cheshire, England).
If I click on the Reference link for that entry in the Change Log and go to the Dismissed Helps sort-of-tab, the system records that there are 3 Dismissed Helps, including zero Record Hints. Incorrectly it misses out the Pittsburgh suggestion.
Similarly in June 2019, I dismissed 2 record hints to the US Census, neither of which appear on the Dismissed Helps sort-of-tab, which says zero Record Hints, despite the fact I dismissed 3 Record Hints according to her Change Log.
(As an aside, I'm not sure that I knew that the Reference link could go to the Research and Dismissed helps screen. I mean, it's not exactly obvious that's what "Reference" means is it? In fact, it's not obvious to me what "Reference" means at all…)

Hello? Is anyone listening? Do I need to post this in the Family Tree category?
This bug is a problem. Trying to help someone sort out a tangle, I encountered a family with a bunch of duplicate profiles and other evidence of mistakes. The Change Log claims there were some rejected record hints; Research Help claims there are no dismissed helps. The only thing the Change Log is willing to tell me is that the hints were for civil registrations, and they were rejected at the end of April. I don't see any way of finding out what events, names, or dates were contained in those civil registrations. I mean, I know they weren't for the parents' births, since those predate civil registration, but that's really not enough to go on.
Is anyone looking into this? Why is Research Help lying to us, and can it please be convinced to stop doing so?

Thank you for all the details and research on the issue. I've logged a defect with the appropriate team.
