Here's the translation -

In the year 1839 on 18 February in the morning at 8 o'clock was born in Mudau and baptized by the undersigned at 4 o'clock in the evening in the local church: Karolina, legitimate daughter of the shoemaker Michael Ott in Mudau and his wife Margaretha nee Hopf. Godmother is Margaretha, wife of the baker Karl Walter here. Witnesses were cooper Joseph Valtin Flachs and beltmaker Simon Schreier, both from here.
