Need transcription & translation of Elenora Streich birth record, 1789

I would like to get a transcription and translation of the following birth record for a 4th ggm of mine, Eleanora Streich, born in the Momehnen area of East Prussia in 1789. I've included the entire page (source: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C398-T9HC-2), but the relevant record is the second from the bottom, beginning with 'Langmichaels':

I'm not sure if Lou. is short for Louisa. You might want to look through other entries and see if you can figure it out.
