(Abaúj-Torna county, Hungary) 1866 birth certificate in slovakian

I'm trying to search a birth certificate from 1866 but the text is slovakian, and there's no much information there

The last one on the left is the one whose birth I want to know, but where should I search those numbers (50, 4) to get some information about him? what is that "matricného zápisu"?

I don't know Slovak, either, but that looks like an index of births/baptisms. The numbers likely refer to page and entry numbers of the actual register, but it looks like the relevant images are not online. This is probably because the catalog says the film (image group) includes marriages for 1944-45. Given the rest of the catalog description of the contents, I'm fairly certain that the '19' is a typo for '18', and the images should therefore be accessible.
