The second witness questioned: Wojciech Wieczorek, does he know the parents, how do they support themselves and where do they live?

Answer: I did not personally know the parents of Andzrej Powroz but it is known that his father’s name was Andzrej, and he has been dead for the past eight years. He worked as a farm laborer in Kowno and there he died. His mother’s name was Maryanna ….. she is no longer alive, she died in the city of Kowno six years ago.

I am 31 years old, I am a catholic, I am not married, and have no criminal record, and I am not related to Andzrej Powroz.

It is concluded that the testimonies of the witnesses are true, and there is no reason to dispute their claims, after they have taken an oath. They therefore declare all responsibility ..?
