May I receive some help with the following translation. I've made sense of the first half (mostly), but I'm having a hard time following the second half.

Death Record No. 53, Kazimierz Miasto Narodowe, on the 7 December 1810 at 9:00 in the morning; before us, Mayor of Kazimierz, serving as civil registrar of Kazimierz, Powiat Zgierz, Department of Warsaw, Jan Woszynski presented himself, a citizen of the city of Kazimierz, 28 years old, and testified that his father, Ignacy Woszynski, a citizen of the city of Kazimierz, a widower, who lived 80 years, died on the fifth day of the current month and year at 8:00 in the morning, in his house, number 3. This death record was read in the presence of Franciszek Coleguski, a Counselor for Kazimierz City, 77 years old, and of Mateusz Szychowicz, also a Counselor for Kazimierz City, 56 years old, and then signed by us and one of the witnesses, i.e. Mateusz Szychowicz, the second witness, i.e. Franciszek Coleguski, cannot write. Franciszek Debossuch (?), the Mayor of Kazimierz, officiating as the Officer of Civil Records Office for Gmina Kazimierz.
