I believe that I have figured out this information.

It looks as though the name of Vojtěch's father is Jan and the name of his mother is Ludmila Vavra.

The family may have originated from the village of Kletečná.

Please let me know if I am mistaken. Thank you.

I read rather Vrána instead of Vavra but it could be even something else.
