This seems to be the death record not of Christina but her husband Christoph Opalka. Note that the running number 16 is in the male column.

Here is what I can read :

Tischler Christoph Opalka mit dieser Frau(?) Christina Lawrentzin 5 Jahr gelebt, 2 Kinder gehabt, eins lebet mit der seligen(?) hat er 24 Jahr gelebt 9 Kinder gehabt, 3 Töchter und ein Sohn leben. Er ....?

Translation:

Joiner Christoph Opalka, lived with this wife Christina Lawrentz 5 years, had 2 children, one lives, with the deceased? he lived 24 years, had 9 children, 3 daughters and one son are living. He .... (last line unreadable).
