Translation request first names and notes - please
Please help with notes and some of names - I do know that Matej (44) and Ursula Czerny (47) were married. Their son, Matej Czerny (24) married Marianna (20), which is probably why his name was struck through and he listed on the side with his wife. Haven't been able to locate a marriage record for Matej and Marianna in 1783-1785 in Kojokovice, hoping the notes might help locate.
Seignororial register Trebon Estate Kojakowitz 1785
Notes on side???Jakob Czerny, nen???? 44 Nen? Matej Czerny 24

Hard to tell. Matej (44) could die. Regardless of the reason, his son took over his head role.
All notes are hard to read to me as they are in German. Right of Weith 17, I can only read Pawelletz (Pavelec) but the context is unclear.
You probably tried ... I would scan marriage records in a broader period, even after the first child's birth. You can also try adjacent parishes.

Thanks for helping Jan. I am under the weather and it will take a while to recover. This map from the 19th century might help you with some place names. I don't understand the note on the left, but the end of it states "Kow_? unter (under) the ____ to Leshnicz" which could be this place:
Líšnice (Hluboká nad Vltavou, České Budějovice, Česko)

Thank you for looking at it. I couldn't tell even what language the notes were in.
Best wishes for a Happy New Year.
