Translation of margin note:

The husband died on 9 February 1969 (Greifswald Civil Registry Office, record no. 130|1969).

Berlin, on the 22nd of September 1969, Head of the Civil Registry Office, represented by: Fiedler.

After reading this margin note, I would also conclude that the margin note is his death date.

Some Church books and records have additional that were written way after the record was originally written.
