Translation:

Maria Christina Heckelr was born on the 27th of July and was baptized on the 28th of the same month, the legitimate daughter of Henry Hecker and Elizabeth Greiss, married couple in Speck. Godparents were Joanne Jansen from Hulchrath and Christina Dickery, ? Hecker from Speck

I'm not sure what the abbreviation before the final Hecker is meant to indicate. Typically in a baptism record you might expect it to be an abbreviation for "wife of" or "daughter of", but the letter looks to me to be a "d". I hope that helps.
