Translation Request - Danish Probate Record

This probate for Hans Nielsen begins near the bottom on the right side of the above link. The first two pages contains the names of the potential heirs. There are some of the words that I need help with translation. I have attached an image of the first page where I have circled 10 words I need help with translating (the last two being locations). I have also attached an image of the second page where I have circled 15 words that I don't recognize. Any help will be much appreciated!!

6 - Arfuede = I think this is suppose to be an indcation of living heirs? if feels like two words put together

2 and 3 - Arffure tuende = again, some kind of indication of living heirs

5 - samptlig - usually translates as "all" or "together"
