Mirabella Eclano Records on microfilm that aren't in Antenati
I've been researching this small town of Mirabella/Mirabella Eclano, Avellino, Campania, Italy for quite a while. At one time all my research was via microfilm. I was thrilled when these records were digitized and subsequently made available online. When I go to the host site of Antenati https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/?lang=en I notice there are some records that are NOT available yet they are viewable with Family Search. Since I'm not a LDS member I cannot view these records at home and must go to a Family History Center. I believe it was an oversight that these are not available on Antenati.
The specific information is as follows
Mirabella Eclano
Birth/Nati 1867 is on Film 1801198, Item 4, Image Group (DGS) 7836438
Birth/Nati 1871 is on Film 1801198, Item 4, Image Group (DGS) 7836438
Birth/Nati 1901 is on Film 1801199, Image Group (DGS) 7843387
Marriage/Matrimoni 1900 is on Film 1801201, Image Group (DGS) 7835831
Death/Morti 1888 is on Film 1801201, Image Groups (DGS) 7835831
Since these records are already digitized I would think it would be relatively simple these records could be transferred to over to the Antenati site for myself and others to view and make our family connections.
I sent an email to Family Search help and got a response I'm unsatisfied with "We do not own the records. Each owner makes legal agreements with us about how we display their records. Some of them will let everything be displayed online, some restrict it to be viewed at a FamilySearch Center or Affiliate Library, and some won't let them be viewed at all by the pubic. We found that the records you are wanting to view might be available to be viewed at a FamilySearch Center or Affiliate Library."
I would have hoped they would forward this to the appropriate people working on this project to verify my claim and make an attempt to remedy this.

Probably your best bet is to use the contact form on Antenati: https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/contacts/?lang=en
Start typing something nonsensical in the search box and the contact form will open at the bottom. Put your question there with your email address.

My Italian isn’t very good. Will they look at it if I write in English?

Yes, but you can run it through DeepL too.
