I would like some help interpreting just a bit of information in this Czech marriage record from 1897. For the first marriage on this page, between Jan Sukup and Anna Tkadlec, could you please translate the note below the bride's information. It appears to me to be a certification that the father of the bride is giving his approval to the marriage, but I cannot understand all the words.

The location is Czech Republic, Vsetín, Francova Lhota, Francova Lhota.

Hi, yes you are correct. It says that: "father of the underage bride gives his approval for this marriage with his own signature as well as the signatures of two witnesses - Franciscus Pavlíček (priest), Jozef Tkadlec (father), František Bolek (witness)
