Hello,
this is in Ukrainian, well, not pure Ukrainian, but a bit of a mix with Russian, something that's usually referred to as Surzhyk: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surzhyk

"Dear Dusya[short form of Eudokia]!
I haven't heard from you for a long time.
How are you? Have you come to your senses yet? I know it's not easy, but what can you do? When I think about how old I am, I see that I won't I stay in the other [she meant this] world for very long. Everything has its end.
Changes have come around us. We sold the house, and now we are looking for a new place, which is not easy. They are looking not only for a house, but there must be a good view, a swimming pool, etc. While I submit a new address, I ask you to describe everything about yourself, because you seem to have been to Canada as well. I already wrote a little about us less (?) more about us. How are the children and grandchildren?
Sincerely, S. M. and(?️) Roman (?)"
Unfortunately the signature isn't very clear. From the word forms in one of the last sentences it's clear that the author is a woman, but Roman is a male first name.
Best regards,
Igor.
