Place Name Standards and Languages Changes Not Working Correctly
I'm sure you are all very busy getting ready for RootsTech and from some recent instability people are reporting I assume there is a fair amount of updating going on. That may be the reason for the problem I am seeing today. However, in case this is a bug that has crept in, I'm reporting it.
I was trying to show someone tonight how the place name entry and the place name standards change when the language of the website changes. But is it not working tonight the way it always has.
If I enter a place name in English:
Then change to German, the standard should change to German. But it does not completely make that change. It initially looks like it does:
But if I click in the place name to edit it, the German standard is not there:
If I do choose that top menu item, the display changes to this:
It claims I am using the standard, but since I have the website set to German, that is not correct.
Basically, the drop down menu has quit changing to the language the website is set to use.

I think this goes back to that hard-to-duplicate issue when you changed languages and it didn't change.
I got mine stuck showing Russian.
It seems like we can get somewhere with this one.
Thanks

Your picture is even worse! The dropdown menu starts in Russian and halfway through switches to German.
