Trouble with the writing in the margin
I am looking at a birth record of Giuseppe Fulvio, whose parents are Filippo Fulvio and Eugenia d'Ermilio, of Vasto, Italy, in 1839 (births, image # 118). In the margins of the 2nd page, it seems like they are listing his future marriage date, 21 July in S. Salva. But they give no year. There is a word after 'July', but I cannot figure it out. Something like duorjo. I'm not sure about the first letter 'd' or the 2nd to last letter 'j'.

Then, towards the bottom of the writing in the margin, they say, 20 August 1800, 70. It makes no sense to me. They could not have been married in 1800 if their child is born in 1839.

The word seems to be 'scorso', meaning last. You have to continue to the bottom of the record for the context. I interpret these dates as 1870-07-21 for the marriage and 1870-08-20 for when it was recorded.
