Translation:
Conrad, 6 weeks son of Johann Christoph Schmidt, day laborer here, died on Sunday the 24th of May at 1 in the morning. His age: 8 days. Buried Monday the 25th ditto [May] in silence.
Note - I'm assuming by the names and dates that this is Kunigunda's son from your previous post. What's strange is that the wife's entry said she was in childbed for 6 weeks, this entry calls the child "6 weeks," but then says his age was 8 days." Do you have his birth record?

OK, so Conrad was born on the 17th of May, which does mean he died 8 days later. This birth record also notes that his mother died shortly after the delivery, which also makes sense from her birth record. So that makes the "6 weeks" reference in both their death records puzzling.

Maybe she was bedridden for 6 week prior to birth...that happen to me.
