Translation:

46. Margaretha, little daughter of Johann Christoph Schmidt, day laborer and tenant here, is born on Wednesday, the 20th of July in the evening at 5:30 pm, and on Thursday, the 21st of the current month was baptized. The mother is: Margaretha A[nna] Barbara, née Meÿerin. Witness: Margaretha, legitimate wife of Andreas Heumann, day laborer and tenant here.
