My main problem is the word which looks like "Eulo". From the context I would expect something meaning "church", so it may be a shorthand of Ecclesia. Thus I obtain:
Die 8te April Ss Eccl_(?) Sacramentis pie promunitus obiit, et
Die 10ma in hujate coemeterio Sepultus quiefiet Honestus civis
Joes Stucke, Eccl_(?) aedituus et fidelissimus ejusdem oeconomus ann. 71
Translation:
On April 8 died endowed with the sacraments of the holy church, and
on April 10th was laid to rest in the cemetery of this town the honorable citizen
Johann Stucke, church sexton and faithful administrator of the same. 71 years

Thank you - this makes sense now. Eulo really stumped me, too. I appreciate your help.
