Hello Carol,
I feel you received the responses to your original request in a piecemeal fashion, so here is the complete record with the column headings in bold:

I "guess" she leaves a husband and 5 legitimate children, including 3 grown-ups.
Cause of death is "Auszehrung" - see https://community.familysearch.org/de/discussion/comment/463330/#Comment_463330.
Is that the full resolution? With this resolution much of it will be guesswork 🙄.

Hello @CarolEKallmeyer,
My attempt to read some of the more difficult column headings are shown in bold in other instances I added to what you provided:
wife of "hul."? J. Fr. Lohmann
Who does the decedent leave behind: spouse and 5 legitimate children, 3 of whom are adults.
died 17 January 1850 [correct]
in the morning 11th hour [correct]
cause of death: Auszehrung [see WSeelentag's response]
Whether the decedent received medical care/doctor's assistance in the days/hours before death: had such medical care [note that this is not the exact wording of this column heading but I've seen similar headings].
buried 20 January 1850
??place of burial? [I'm stumped on this.]
I hope this helps you out. The abbreviation before the husband's name is puzzling.

Thank you Robert, this is very helpful. It would be great to know more about the place of burial - some of the entries have that illegible word after "Jöllenbeck"; so I will enter "Jöllenbeck" until I can determine a better translation.
Thank you much for looking at this carefully.

Could "hul." actually be "sel." for "seligen", meaning that her husband Fr. Lohmann was already deceased? Although in that case one would expect "Witwe" instead of "Ehefrau"....

Hello @Ulrich Neitzel,
I too thought it might be "sel." but decided it wasn't based on the same reasoning that she is identified as his wife not his widow. Also, there appears to be a bogen above the middle letter of "hul". And yes, the initial letter "h" might actually be an "s".

Thank you again Robert and also Ulrich for looking at this death record; it is very much appreciated.
An. Margr. Ils. Wemhoener's birth record shows her death as 17 January 1830 - her death did not appear in the 1830 records. Looking through 20 years of death records, I think this is her correct death record of 17 January 1850. It would make much more sense as their last three children were born after 1830; although I was looking for a second wife/marriage, no record of that.
Johan Friderich Lohmann's death is recorded as 2 May 1863.
This was a difficult one; thank you for your assistance; I could not have collected this family without you.
