Dippel Church Record Translation
I found another church record for a child surnamed "Dippel."
It is from Archion.de: https://www.archion.de/en/viewer/?no_cache=1&type=churchRegister&uid=244576 and is image 1649. The baptism was August 7, 1799.
It is from the following source: Kurhessen-Waldeck: Landeskirchliches Archiv Kassel > Ziegenhain > Ibra > Kirchenbuch 1774-1832

I see it as :
Getaufte zu Ibra 1779
Aug 7. Johann Henrich, Konrad Dippel Soldat beÿ D???? Regiment Gard grenadier und Elisabeth Schmidtin sönchen nat. d eod Hor 1 nox. Gevatter Johann Henrich Schmidt, allhier, des kindes mutter bruder
Translation:
Baptisms at Ibra 1779
August 7th. Johann Henrich, son of Konrad Dippel Soldier near D???? Regiment Gard grenadier and Elisabeth Schmidt, born the same day at 1 o'clock in the morning. Godfather is Johann Henrich Schmidt, (resident) here, the child's mother's brother.
I'm not sure if the unknown word is the town near Konrad's current residence or the name of the Regiment. The use of the word beÿ (near) suggests to me it is a town.

I read "beÿ dem ... Regiment" and would therefore assume it's the regiment's name (which I cannot decipher with any certainty).

The word between "beÿ dem" and "Regiment" appears to be "Hochlob_er"? = some form of "highly praiseworthy" or "laudable" perhaps.

Upon seeing the dates of your other Konrad Dippel records I realized that I entered the wrong year in my earlier post. The year for this record is 1799.
