To whom do I send "permission" I have received to do a relative's work
I have permission from the brother and mother of a neice to do her temple work. Who do I "give" or "send" that permission to so I can proceed? What form must it be in - letter, email, etc.?

@pboothe4052747 When you click to reserve the name of a person for whom you need permission, you see a a yellow message about needing permission. Click I Have Permission. The next pop-up screen gives you questions to answer. Click in fields; enter info requested; then click Submit. The request routes to the team that can grant permission. If they need more info or want it in a different form (notice that "verbal permission" is usually sufficient), they will send you an email asking for whatever more they need.
