The place is Winterberg--compare with entry 28 on the same page, where it's written much clearer. It looks like there might be a question mark after Winterberg, but it's clear in what looks like his sibling's baptismal record (image 423, entry 61).

Charlotte thank you much for the correct name of the place of residence for this birth record - I just couldn't read it!

I will check on the sibling record also; and it even gives the parents marriage date - the "Vor- Names" do not quite match; the marriage record should help with this.
