Hello everyone, I am new here to this group. I wanted to ask if someone could help translate this? Thank you so very much.

I'm still learning so I'm doing this for practice. Hopefully others will correct my errors. I'm quite uncertain about the surname of both the father and the sponsor.

1st column: On the 2nd of August at 2 o'clock in the afternoon (this is likely date of birth column)

2nd column: a son was born to Joh.(ann) Christian Thomas?? and his wife Maria Elisabetha

3rd column: Joh.(ann) Christian Gries? (this is likely the baptismal sponsor column)

4rth column: Joh.(ann) Christian, 19th Sunday Post Trinity (this is the name of child and date of baptism)

The year is likely at the top of the page and from that the baptism date can be determined.
