A typical cause of death for infants often given in church books is "Gichter", cramps and seizures caused by mineral and vitamin deficiencies. I would suspect a similar case here.

Your reading of the witnesses seems to be correct.
What do the last to columns of entry 99 say? I see Zaugz Gi?? Slra?gadon
The next to last column are the witnesses. In this case: Zeugen dieselben = same witnesses [as in previous entry]
The last column gives the cause of death: Schwach geboren. Krampf = born weak. cramp

A little research on cramp tells me it means cramp colic or appendicitis. Is that your opinion as well?
