Resource for military records: 1864-70?

My 2nd great grandfather, Johann Arnold Windfuhr (1826-1882), lived in Elberfeld, served in the "Prussian Uprising, 1864-70." He may have served in something like a Medical Corps. I checked with the Wuppertal Archives, they referred me to Geheimes Staatsarchiv (Berlin). That site is German language.

While I could send a query in English or translated ...I was wondering if FHL has any military personnel records for the named above conflict?
