Hello @bonniesamuel1,
Based on your request I am wondering if this is the document you want translated.
In your request you state that the record comes from a church register, it has columns, and it has a second side.
The image you posted is a civil birth registration, there are no columns, and there is no second side.
Here is the translation of the record you attached:
No. 175.
[Right margin]: Birth of Laura Windgasse.
In the year 1825, on the 25th of September in the morning at 10:00 am appeared before me Carl Friedrich Morian, mayor of the community of Luttringhausen, the locksmith Gottlieb Windgasse, residing in Luttringhausen, with the report that on Friday, the 23rd of September in the morning at 7:00 am to him from his wife Wilhelmina Scharwächter a child of the female gender was born whom he gave the forename Laura.
Witnesses to this act were: Abraham Kölsch, 36 years old, knifesmith residing in Luttringhausen, and Christoph Langenscheid, 40 years old, shoemaker residing in Luttringhausen.
After reading, those appearing signed:
Gottlieb Windgassen | Abraham Kölsch | Christoph Langenscheit | Carl Friedrich Morian.
My comment: Note that the father signs his surname "Windgassen" and the second witness signs his surname "Langdenscheit"; both are slightly different spellings from what appears in the body of the record.

To Robert Seal, Baerbelj... I did send the wrong doc and I am so sorry for the confusion. Here, I most certainly hope, is the church record..... while most info was familiar, there are some columns and data, which I could not decipher.
Thanks, Bonnie

This is a typical mid-19th Century civil registration record written in paragraph form. Once you know the format, you can easily find the pertinent information in similar records. To this end, I am including both a transcription and translation here.
