Hello Myke,
Translation:
Number: 13.
Names and status of the parents: The mother [is] Charlotte Schirmer, farm daughter?; the father should be Wilhelm Haewert?, servant here.
Child: Hanna Wilhelmine, illegitimate female.
Day and month of birth and baptism: [born] on the 10th of September [1821]; [baptized] on the 16th of the same month.
Baptismal witnesses: (1) the free agricultural laborer Schirmer; (2) the wife Kayser; (3) the wife Mercken.
Comments: I am unable to decipher the word written above the mother's name in column 2.
I am not sure of the father's surname because the first letter is very unusual. If it is "Haewert" however, then you should search the spelling "Haewert" as well as "Häwert".

It is interesting that in record 17 on the right side of the page there is also a Wilhelm Haewert having a son out of wedlock in October of the same year with a Charlotte Christian. The son is given the last name that looks like Häwert? or Hävert? in the original entry but that name is stricken in July 1843?

Yes, I noticed that as well, Greg, and I wondered if the two Wilhelm Häwert/Haewert's are one and the same.
