Musterlisten translation help

Hi, I just found this forum, so if there are rules or etiquette I am breaking sorry for that.

I have been going through muster lists for the Austrian army 056 regiment where my 5th-Great-Grandfather Joseph Dibowsky (sometimes spelled Dipowsky) served mostly as a grenadier. In 1803, I think he went from being a grenadier in the 2nd Grenadier Company to I believe a private in the same company. This change is accompanied by 3 blocks of text which I am having trouble reading and are in German (which I do not know). Any help deciphering, translating them would be greatly appreciated.

This block of text follow the December 1803 table (although some scans are in reverse order so it could also be November 1803).

As far as I can tell, this is followed by a table of soldiers transferring in into the company on Image 737. There is a crease cutting through the middle of Joseph's row. His is the only with this much text.

Can anyone tell me what these blocks of text say or help identify key words (like what is Montour Comission and how can I learn more about it)?

Hello Andrew,

all these records describe an (intended) transfer of Joseph Dibofsky to the "Montour Oeconomie Comission" that did not materialize. The translation of the first text is:

Error in Departure

According to Division Commando order Joseph Dibofsky has been transferred to the Brünn/Brno Montours Oeconomie Commission on the 25th November 1803. However, since the said commission was already staffed with the necessary crew and this man could no longer be taken into service, he will be reinstated here on the 26th of November 1803. From this until 17th externly ___?.

"Montour" means uniform. The task of the Montour Oeconomie Comission was "to supply the army with the necessary uniform and equipment items both in war and in peace. This included field props of all kinds, such as armor and the like. Under the administration of the commissions was also the material necessary for the establishment of field hospitals in case of war. The main task of the Monturszentralinspektion [in Vienna] was to check the supply contracts of the individual Montursökonomiekommissionen [in Prague, Brünn, Ofen, Jaroslau, Karlsburg, Graz and Verona] with private contractors in order to achieve an effective use of funds."
