Hi, Can you please translate the phrase before the last two children listed? Why are Heinrich and Christine listed separately?

Translation: Christine Bleier had illegitimately: (1) Heinrich [and] (2) Christine.

I am curious about the symbol following Christine's name. It looks like 'NB'.
I've seen it elsewhere, but in other uses it appeared to signify that the person was of some importance. My best guess was that it meant 'Note Bene'. Does it have a different meanimg?

You are correct. The abbreviation "NB" means nota bene = note well.
In this record, it is telling the reader to note well that Christine had illegitimate children (born in 1841 and 1844), who are recorded at the bottom of the page.
