How do I handle the discrepancy?

I have his baptism record as well as his burial record. He was born on 15 February 1836... not 16 February 1830 as his marriage record indicates. He was baptized on the 21st of February 1836, so that is not his baptismal date.

Do I

a) let it ride

b) add a note explaining it.

c) do something else?
